First Year — §5.8.3 applies. Enrollment, completion of the Farm Commitment Form and Farm Plan, executing baseline soil testing, and participating in the soil testing interpretive support meeting satisfy the continuous learning requirement this year. No additional credits need to be logged. Renewal in subsequent years requires evidence of full annual credits.
